At Milestone Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Include all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery (unless faulty or damaged).
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, accidents, or misuse after delivery.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our team at support@milestonejewellery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

Please ensure that returned parcels are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
  • If a discount or promotional code was applied to your purchase, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
  1. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items if the desired product is in stock.

To request an exchange, please follow the same return procedure and specify that you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@milestonejewellery.co.uk with photographs and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs).

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process.

We recommend clearly marking the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
